Business Analyst for banking SW - Position # 3608

Company Profile 

Our client is international company operating within IT providing services mainly to banks. 

Responsibilities 

- Perform Requirement Validation of current requests to assure that all requirements stated in the Requirement Specification documents will be successfully implemented. This is to reflect the overall lifecycle across multiple platforms
- Analysis of customer requirements and definition of the functional specification as IT-demand for development
- Identification of business requirements with the customer and design of solutions documents based on the requirement documents:
Requirements elicitation
Requirements analysis and negotiation
Requirements specification
Solution modeling
Requirements validation
Requirements management

o GAP-Analysis
o Definition of “operational/organizational” interfaces to/from customers
o Definition of process flows with the Acquirer
o Definition of process flow changes to the existing business units caused by new functionalities or additional Acquirer, etc.

· work closely together with Sales, IT-Departments and Operational Units as well as with the Test- and Training-Team.
· work in projects in order to setup new clients/JVs according to the solutions defined in the Solutions Documents
· Support in conversion / integration projects in different roles
· Assure that all documentation (Standard Solution Documents) are up-to-date with each release. Create new SSD if necessary

Qualifications 

· minimum of 3 years experience in comparable jobs
· Profound knowledge in Business Analysis and definition of processes
· Experienced in stakeholder interview techniques to obtain a deep understanding of the stakeholder´s unique business processes, decision-relevant business rules and perceived needs
· Deep knowledge of the Acquiring Processing Business or Credit Card Industry
· Experienced in structured requirement definition
· Experienced in requirements gathering
· Experienced in working in projects
· Fluent Business English (written and spoken), German is advantage
· Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
· Communicative and open minded
· Working independently and solution oriented
· Ability to work self reliant or in a team as a team-player
· Experienced in working in a structured and methodical way
· Distinctive analytical thinking
· Distinctive understanding of functional and technical contexts
· Extended knowledge in Customer Contact
· Extended knowledge in working in an international organization and client facing meetings
· Profound knowledge regarding the overall system landscape of our core acquiring processing system
· Profound knowledge regarding our interfaces to the Schemes
· Ability to communicate to business as well as technical-representatives
