Responsibilities 

CRM Consultant will participate in local and international projects, aimed at CRM implementation for major companies. This includes development of strategies, preparation of feasibility studies, gathering business requirements, recommendations in the area of CRM processes, support of implementation and integration and similar assignments.

Qualifications 

- 3+ years experience in the field of CRM
- Overview knowledge of IT area
- Experience with CRM solutions (processes,functionalities)
- Knowledge of Siebel solution is an advantage
- University degree
- Team player
- Open minded, communicative with strong ability to analyze issues and propose fact based solutions
- Presentation skills both in Czech and English
