CRM Specialist - Position # 2465

Company Profile 

Our client is a leading provider of mobile services, offering communications solutions to customers and corporates.  

Responsibilities 

to be a base member of new CRM team oriented on Call Center
to communicate with business partners and internal teams about changes and new functionalities of the system
to analyse business requirements
to prepare workshops and presentations for business users
to implement, configure and customize the CRM system
to co-operate with vendor of the system
to ensure data consistency and/or fix data errors

Qualifications 

IT/Telco or Managerial education
knowledge of IT/Telco market
understanding of Call center business in Telco
experience in customizing and developing CRM systems
experience in integration of CTI
well developed presentation and communication skills
analytical skills
basic knowledge of SQL, java, javascript, jsp
