Developer in C/C++ - Position # 3784

Company Profile 

Our client is international company operating within IT providing services mainly to banks. 

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for development, quality assurance and adherence to development standards
• Responsible for creation of stable and high quality software with appropriate functionality
• Track, document and perform unit test and support integration and regression test
• Specification of detailed design and appropriate technical solutions based on functional requirements (Business Technical Blueprint)
• Preparation of detailed designs for internal and third parties development activities
• Review and approval of detailed designs and code of internal employees and external partners
• Coordination of own and third parties design and development activities
• Reporting to head of department
• Documenting problems, bugs and resolutions such that other clients may be able to self-diagnose their own problems in the future

Qualifications 

• Min. 2 years of proven IT experience
o Advanced knowledge: DB2, Programming in COBOL & C/C++
o Intermediate knowledge: Testing (Unit, Integration, Regression)
o Basics: Acquiring Know-how

Additional requirements:
- Educated to degree level technical degree preferred
- Mainframe Know-how
- Change Managemet Know-how
- Additional Know-how (TCP/IP, C, Java)

• Fluency in business English required
