Responsibilities 

• B.S. in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with implementing and managing multi-server application environments utilizing Windows 2008
• Experience with deployment, management and configuration of Windows 2008
• 1-3 years experience implementing and supporting web based applications and services with emphasis on robust multi-server windows environments
• Experience in HTML and other web authoring/scripting languages (ASP, PERL, T-SQL, VB Script)
• Windows 2008 Server administration skills (incl. IIS 6)
• Knowledge of RAID and server clustering concepts
• Understanding of the TCP/IP protocol and common implementations, including DNS, SMTP, SNMP, and HTTP
• Experience in drafting and maintaining technical documentation

Qualifications 

• Windows 2008 Active Directory Design, Implementation and support experience
• Experience in leading technical projects from development through implementation and support
• SQL Server 2005/2008 installation and administration Experience (including Cluster and Active Directory)
• Basic understanding of routers and networking concepts
• Previous hosting experience at a provisioning or operations level
• Knowledge of HP (DL Series) and Dell (Poweredge) server hardware
• Experience deploying Windows 2008 server environments using Ghost, Microsoft ADS or related technologies
• Applicable and related Microsoft certifications preferred (MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA)
