System Engineer (UX / Sun Solaris) - Position # 3814

Our client is international company operating within IT providing services mainly to banks.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- will be part of a team that manages, monitors, and maintains various systems for a 24/7 Infrastructure.
- responsible for the design, installation, implementation, and maintenance of complex operating systems’ software and related program products.
- will provide technical consulting on the use and integration of applications into the operating environment and help architect and implement infrastructure solutions that meet or exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations.
- will partner with corporate-wide technical staff and large external clients on complex projects and tasks.
- The role also requires the engineer to identify network related issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
- will be required to work independently and with leadership as well as provide coaching to team members.
Qualifications
5+ years in Unix operating systems, subsystems, and Software Vendor products
· Understands business issues facing company and clients
· 6+ years related IT experience
· Provide 24 x 7 on-call support as needed
· MS or BS (or equivalent experience) Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
